Shipping & Delivery

Order Fulfillment

We do our very best to get your order shipped to you as quickly as possible. Available merchandise, in our inventory, is usually shipped within 24 hours from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and all orders received on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holiday are usually shipped on next business day before 4 p.m. local time.

Merchandises shipped from our vendors in Italy and E.U. generally take longer (7-14 business days) depending on their shipping policies. In all cases you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled.

Shipping Cost

The shipping charge for your order is based on the weight of your purchase and your location. Before completing your order, shipping cost is calculated and final total price will be shown.  For our international order we use the DHL Global Mail service, and it offers the lowest shipping rates among major courier companies.

Back Orders

If a merchandise is unavailable, we will ship a part of your order that is in stock and ship the rest when they become available.  There is no additional shipping charge for partial shipment.
